Creator’s Stained Glass – Cutter’s Mate System

Cutter’s Mate is great for cutting with less fatique and greater comfort.  Offers a 16″ arm while offering a constant 90 degree angle to glass surface with a weighted handle to apply just the right amount of pressure for the perfect cut.  Cutting head rotates 360 degrees, allowing cuts of shape that can be drawn or traced.

• Strip-pro cutter attachment:  Cuts any length strips accurately, slides smoothly on cutter’s mate slide bar, and also offers the toyo carbide cutter head.
• Cutter’s circle pro:  This attachment makes cutting circles from 1-1/2″ to 25″
• Strip pro mini: Offers for those starting out an all in one system, including the cutter’s mate sllide bar, 2 waffle grid surfaces and a zero mark 14″ ruler.  Cuts angles and stripes.

Waffel Grids Pack:

This interconnecting grid allows the user to configure to the shape of their working table. Through its unique design, you can configure around a corner, as a connecting backsplash or even randomly turn up individual grids to have a smooth area amid a pocketed area.  Made of high impact polycabonate (Lexan®), the surface of the 1/2″ (13mm) pockets is rounded smooth, to allow your glass to glide.  The Grid comes packed in a 6-pack and 2-pack. The components are 11-1/4″ x 11-1/4″ (286mm).

Beetle Bits Glass Cutting System:

Aide in scoring angles and straight edges to create basic shapes or stripes.  The compass dial and rests, resembling beetles, provides ease of cutting from either side of the work surface.  The flying beetle glass cutter is designed for use with the beetle bit system.  The cutting head is always at a 90 degree angle, glides effortlessly back and forth and made with impact resistent polycarbonate.

Taurus Saws

The perfect saw for cutting stained, dichroic, ripplied, fused and slab glass, as well as tile and stone. Cuts in ALL directions and shapes with precision including inside and outside curves. Grinds as it cuts leaves smooth edges.  Blades last many times longer than other blades saving you money.

A variety of blades are available for individual sawing needs, such as a

• Standard Replacement Blade – good for all kinds of glass, soft tile and marble where a more intricate cut in required.
• Megablade - this incrediable blade cuts curves and straight lines in thick glass, tile, porcelain, granite and stone. This is the stongest blade for the Taurus 3.
• Separating Blade – same as the standard blade but this blade opens and closes so that you can cut a hole or design on the inside of your material as easily as you can on the outside.
• Slim Blade – User where a narrower cut is desired. For glass, tile and stone up to 1/4 inch thick, non-ferrous metals such as 12 gauge silver, copper, brass, etc.
• Slicer Blade – Our thinnest blade. Cuts like a band saw except it will not bind. Also cuts forwards and backwards. Use it where thin cut is designed. Works great with the Super Slicer.

• Accessory Kit: contains tools for cutting 30/45/60 degree angles, a bevel edger for making perfect boxes, a straight edge, a circle maker, and instructional book and DVD that shows you how to use the kit.
